    The graphic design files are provided in formats such as AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, JPG, or PNG, depending on the specific project requirements.

    Client satisfaction has always been my priority. I am always ready to work with you to make any necessary modifications in order to achieve the desired final result.

    Firstly, after discussing your project and getting a clear understanding of your requirements, I will provide you with a detailed quote, including the total cost of the services I will provide, as well as the payment terms. Larger projects, such as website creation or branding design, may require a contract to be signed between both parties (the client and me).Once we have agreed on the project details and contract terms, I will ask you to proceed with full or partial payment of the service before we begin (depending on the project's scope).After your order is placed, we move into the creation phase, where I will start working on your project. I will then send you visuals and necessary modifications according to your requests until we achieve the final result you're looking for.At the end of the project, if a partial payment was made, you will be asked to settle the remaining amount.     I design brochure websites, online stores, blogs, artist portfolios, and even multi-vendor marketplaces.I work with popular CMS platforms like WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, and more.Being a Graphic Designer and Copywriter as well, I handle the complete creation of your website. This includes designing attractive visuals, photo editing if needed, writing your content, product descriptions, and legal documents such as terms of sale and privacy policy.It's important to discuss your preferred platform and hosting provider in advance.   • 10. Do you offer website maintenance services after their creation?

    Yes, but only for websites created by GraphixPro.I offer monthly maintenance plans for regular upkeep, including frequent updates such as adding new products, regular blog posts, etc. For websites created on WordPress, maintenance is crucial for site security and to ensure the updates of plugins, themes, and other components. In this case, an annual package is offered. You can choose to entrust me with this task or handle it yourself.

  • 11. Can I perform these maintenance tasks myself?

    Yes and no. It will depend on your skill level. Upon delivering your website, I provide you with a tutorial that explains how to manage your site, enabling you to handle these maintenance tasks yourself. It will be up to you to decide what you'd like to do. However, Graphix Pro. will not be held responsible for any mishandling that could lead to issues on your site if you choose to handle it yourself.
